Hi, I’m Natalie

I am a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, barbell and free weights training enthusiast, Mom, and Cancer Survivor. Drawing on several years of strength training and coaching experience, I can help you maximize your body's potential to feel and look your best.

After years of having an on-again and off-again relationship with exercise, and being terrified of the free weights section of the gym for fear of getting 'too big', I changed my mindset and my life by picking up some heavy weights and overcoming my mental barriers around fitness. With a background in business (BCom), I decided to put my entrepreneurial skills to use, doing what I feel most driven to do: help others develop a positive relationship with fitness and change their lives for the better.

I have a passion for powerlifting and non-competitive bodybuilding training. However, I can work with you whatever your goals may be. From running a marathon to losing some weight to maintaining strength and stability as you age. I am dedicated to making strength training approachable for everyone.

    1-on-1 Personal Training

    $90 for 55 minutes (+ GST)

    In-person training will be conducted at Forge Training, downtown Victoria. I work with individuals of all different backgrounds, abilities, and fitness levels, and can help you gain muscle, increase strength and function, and modify body composition.

    - Minimum of 1 x weekly session

    - 2 months (8+ sessions) minimum commitment

    - Online personalized programming via TrueCoach app included (additional workouts to complete on your own)

    Partner Training

    $130 for 55 minutes (+ GST)

    If you have a friend or partner interested in joining you for in-person sessions, this is for you. More affordable than 1-on-1 training, with all the same benefits. Not to mention the added fun of working out with a friend/partner.

    - Minimum of 1 x weekly session

    - 2 months (8+ sessions) minimum commitment

    - Add-on online personalized programming via TrueCoach app available at at a charge of $50 + GST per partner per month

    Online Programming

    $200 per month (+ GST)

    Online programs consist of 4-week blocks, personally tailored for you and the equipment you have available.

    - Personalized workouts (including demo videos) via the TrueCoach app

    - modifications and updates as needed

    - Same or next-day access to me for questions or video form checks

    - Monthly check-ins to discuss your progress and goals

    - Minimum 3 month commitment

    Nutrition Guidance

    $150 per month (+ GST)

    Nutrition guidance includes a personalized nutrition plan for you and your goals, which can include either macros/calories or portion sizing.

    This service is only available as an add-on to Personal Training or Online Programming

    - Macro/portion size guidelines, not a full meal plan

    - Meal suggestions and troubleshooting

    - Weekly accountability check-ins

    - Mimimum 3 month commitment
